Frases verbales en inglés: To Get

-To get away (intr): Dejar un lugar, una persona, con la noción de liberarse.

        I always have a lot of work in the office and cannot get away till very late.

-To get away with (tr): Escapar sin recibir castigo de algo mal realizado.

        He copied in the exam and got away with it.

 -To get back (tr): Volver a tener la posesión de algo.

 -To get behind with (tr): Retrasarse con las tareas, con los pagos, con las obligaciones, etc.

 -To get on (intr.): Lograr éxito en alguna actividad, progresar.

-To get on (intr.): Llevarse bien con una persona.

-To get out of (tr.): Liberarse de una obligación o de un hábito.

-To get over (tr): Recuperarse de una enfermedad o dolencia.

-To get over it (tr): Acometer una actividad o tarea y concluirla ("it" representa algo desagradable).

-To get round (tr): Hallar una forma de superar o evitar una regla, una dificultad o un desafío.
