She lives in New York. She likes living in New York.

Oración relativa (Relative Clauses):
She lives in New York, which she likes.

Estilo directo e indirecto, estructura y ejercicios

“I am going to London next week", she said.

Chris asked, "Would you like to have dinner with me tomorrow night?".

Reported Speech (El estilo indirecto)

Present Simple cambia a Past Simple

"He's American", she said.

Estilo indirecto: She said he was American.

Present Continuous cambia a Past Continuous

“Dan is living in San Francisco", she said.

Estilo indirecto: She said Dan was living in San Francisco.

Past Simple cambia a Past Perfect Simple

"We went to the movies last night", he said.

Estilo indirecto: He told me they had gone to the movies last night.

Past Continuous cambia a Past Perfect Continuous

"I was working late last night", Vicki said.

Estilo indirecto: Vicki told me she'd been working last night.

Present Perfect Simple cambia a Past Perfect Simple

Heather said, "I've already eaten".

Estilo indirecto: Heather told me that she'd already eaten.
